Overview
This course covers how to navigate the various applications used when placing calls. Using Articulate Storyline® 360, TraCorp developed a desktop course for employees placing outbound calls using multiple systems. Matrix Medical Network provided narrated videos of system screens, and TraCorp built the course around those videos, adding instructional objectives, information screens, and knowledge checks.
