library, then TraCorp designs a custom interface based on your organization's
logo and branding and applies this look and feel to the TraCorp Learning
Management System (LMS).
2. TraCorp places all of your existing e-learning courses and content
on the LMS and delivers it directly to users desktops across a high-speed
commercial server. Selecting a Corporate University Plan from TraCorp
ensures timely administration and tracking of student performance, routine
backup of records and the safeguard of student information.
3. Your content will reside on a high-speed
Internet server offering superior performance and a more enjoyable learning
experience for your students. As a Corporate University Plan Customer,
you receive the use of the TraCorp LMS free of charge. Services offered
through TraCorp's Corporate University Plans are outlined below.

Hosting Information & Pricing
Organizations can simplify their online training delivery
by having TraCorp host their Learning Management System (LMS). This will insure
timely administration, routine backup and the safeguard of student information.
Content resides on a high speed Internet server that provides superior performance
and a more enjoyable learning experience for students. Primary charges for
TraCorp's hosting services are outlined below.
1) LMS branding (one-time charge): TraCorp charges $1,800.00
to remove the standard LMS graphics and create new graphics with the required
corporate look and feel (branding). Removing and replacing the graphics is
approximately a 20-hour creative effort. Should the branding effort exceed
20 hours, TraCorp will charge $90.00 per hour for each additional hour.
2) Set up of the LMS database (one-time charge): TraCorp charges
$350.00 to set up and configure the customer's LMS database. Fixed pricing
contracts are offered to import personnel information into the LMS database
at the TraCorp development rate of $90.00 per hour.
3) Monthly hosting charges: Recurring monthly hosting
charges are determined by the total file weight of the courseware downloaded
by the student population each month. Hosting fees are fixed until the total
allowable file weight is exceeded. Fixed overage rates apply thereafter. Customers
are offered five plans at the rates listed in the table below. These rates
include two hours of administrative and LMS technical support each month from
TraCorp. Additional technical support will be billed at $90.00 per hour.

To determine the correct monthly hosting plan you must know
the number of students that will take a course each month, the run hour length
of the course and the file weight of a one-hour course. Multiplying these
factors together determines the usage. Example:
1) 100 students will take a course each month
2) The course is one hour in length
3) Course file weight or size per run hour is 11MB (Megabytes)
(100 students) x (1 run hour) x (11MB) = 1100MB or 1.1GB
The calculated student load is 1.1GBs, so Plan 1 (10 Gigabytes)
is the best fit. In fact, Plan 1 would support approximately 1,000 students
taking a one run hour course or 100 students taking 10 one run hour courses
each month.
Please note that TraCorp courseware averages 11 Megabytes
per run hour. If the courseware averages a different file weight, use this
weight to determine the correct plan. A TraCorp representative will be happy
to calculate the load for customers upon request.
