Server Hosting Environment
 
The customer LMS and its associated database will reside on a high-speed Internet server offering superior performance and an enjoyable experience for the learner. Monthly service includes technical support and routine maintenance of the LMS. The customer controls the LMS database and administrative functions through a standard web browser. The initial URL will be a standard TraCorp secure subdomain at no extra cost. If a unique customer URL is requested, a small charge will apply for the domain security certificate. Security certificates are required by TraCorp so learners do not send passwords in clear text over the Internet.



Server Security
 
The customer LMS and its associated database will reside in a secure fire-walled environment. Only those allowed by the customer’s administrative team will have access to the LMS data. Databases are backed up to a secure node on a separate subnet.
Ongoing Support
 
The TraCorp LMS is configured to automatically report any down condition to TraCorp on a 24/7 schedule. If possible, TraCorp will attempt to remedy minor conditions immediately upon notification. TraCorp will furnish customers with both phone and email support during normal business hours. Upon request, TraCorp can supply the customers with 24/7 technical support for an additional cost.
