TraCorp worked with Banner Health to create an online learning course to provide their Health Contract Coordinators with a comprehensive understanding of contract conditions for Business Associates as it relates to HIPAA regulations. Highly animated and interactive, this course includes the “Banner Game Show” to test employees’ knowledge of the privacy and security of healthcare information when working with Business Associates.

| Jackson Pierce – Outreach and Admissions |
|
Jackson Pierce, a Department of Labor Job Corp contractor, hired TraCorp to create a web presence using the TraCorp Learning Management System (LMS) as the basis of the Jackson Pierce Academy. This was part of a progressive strategy to demonstrate how to train new employees in a relatively high turnover environment using an online learning strategy. The TraCorp LMS was branded and configured to match the Jackson Pierce ‘look and feel’ and contained sample interactive training courses and tests.

| Air National Guard – Continuous Flight Pay |
|
The Air National Guard hired TraCorp to create an online learning course on Aviation Resource Management Fundamentals to train their personnel on how to calculate continuous flight pay. TraCorp created a highly interactive training course with role-plays, learning games and bounded simulations that allow students to practice and test their knowledge. Scenarios are presented to the learner who must then use job aids to correctly apply all appropriate variables.

| Avnet - The Avnet Supply Chain |

TraCorp brought Avnet storyboards to life by developing highly interactive learning exercises regarding the dynamics of the Avnet supply chain. The goal of the training was to increase customer satisfaction by enabling employees to understand the role of each party that produces, delivers or sells a product within Avnet. TraCorp used Flash animations and learning games to make the complex topic of supply chain dynamics easier for employees to visualize and learn.

| Banner – Psychological Aspects of Terrorism |

Banner Health hired TraCorp to develop a blended learning solution aimed at Emergency Department (ED) personnel. Using a combination of online and classroom training, the course allows ED personnel to explore the psychological effects of terrorism on individuals in their communities. The online learning portion features extensive role playing scenarios. A series of companion PowerPoint presentations and instructor notes allows greater exploration in training workshops. TraCorp also developed a scripted drill testing the effectiveness of each hospital’s ED with respect to terrorism preparedness.

| CARF – Information Management and Performance Improvement |
|
TraCorp worked with the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) to create a training program for CARF’s 1200 assessors nationwide. To ensure assessors evaluate each facility with consistent methodology and criteria, the online learning course features a series of narrative interviews with key personnel that an assessor could potentially meet. Survey results from the evaluation are then reported through a simulation of CARF’s evaluation program.

| Choice Hotels – Choice Advantage |

Choice Hotels teamed with TraCorp to develop its comprehensive Choice Advantage online learning program. Training hospitality personnel at more than 5,000 locations worldwide, Choice Advantage offers each employee a simulated environment to practice tasks related to his or her job. Courses range from enhancing customer service skills through dialogue-based scenarios to using computer simulation to instruct employees on basic hotel operations such as booking reservations.

| Cash Transaction Management – Catch the Cash |
|
Cash Transaction Management Services hired TraCorp to develop an interactive training course to instruct auto dealership employees on the federal regulations regarding cash transactions. This highly interactive course uses engaging exercises to practice and reinforce the student’s knowledge of proper cash transaction reporting. The Catch the Cash Academy uses the TraCorp Learning Management System (LMS) to launch and record all training results. Once a student successfully completes the course, he or she can print a certificate of completion.

| First Advantage SafeRent – Trends in Resident Screening |

First Advantage worked with TraCorp to create training for property managers, associates and other professionals in the multifamily housing industry. The Trends in Resident Screening online learning course teaches these professionals about the resident screening process and how to safeguard the personal information of applicants. TraCorp used learning interactions such as discovery, drag and drop, and matching exercises to engage the learner.

| Honeywell – Principles of Adult Learning |

TraCorp helped Honeywell develop the Principles of Adult Learning online course for its Human Resource professionals. Honeywell’s goal was to provide practical techniques for applying adult learning theory to training created by the HR department. TraCorp integrated popular industry expert perspectives with real-life applications for Honeywell HR personnel. The resulting Principles of Adult Learning is a train-the-trainer course rich in scenario-based learning examples.

| Surgical Laser Training |

Under subcontract, TraCorp built a sophisticated training program for medical personnel to learn about the latest surgical laser. The Surgical Laser Training course uses Flash animations to simulate the laser’s capabilities and compare its features with competitive models. Experts in the laser’s use can now provide technical information to large audiences using these animations along with a companion PowerPoint presentation TraCorp also created.

|
Job Analysis Training Group needed a way to provide a dynamic overview of its PublicPersonnel software, which conducts wage and salary surveys for Human Resources personnel. The application had to be available on-demand as a guided tour launched directly from the PublicPersonnel.com website as well as a marketing piece that could be used independently. TraCorp created a 5-minute infomercial that highlighted the features and benefits of the application using Adobe/Macromedia Flash.

| Metropolitan Water District – California Friendly Gardening…for the Water Wise |

TraCorp worked with Metropolitan Water District of Southern California to develop a highly interactive online course on “California Friendly Gardening…for the Water Wise”. Launched through the “Be Water Wise” website, consumers can access information on plant selection, irrigation basics and landscape design. The first in its series, this course gives an overview of landscaping fundamentals and allows learners to design custom plans that can be printed when completed.

Metropolitan Water District of Southern California contracted with TraCorp to develop a series of courses that help residents understand the best ways to conserve water. The highly interactive Plant Care course provides information on how to analyze soil, create a water schedule and best feed various types of plants. Consumers access this course on-demand from the “Be Water Wise” website.

| Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Bicycle Driver’s Ed |
|
Phoenix Children’s Hospital teamed with TraCorp to create a children’s bike safety program funded by a grant from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and the Bikes Belong Coalition. Called “Bicycle Driver’s Ed,” the course’s goal is to reduce head traumas in children. Bicycle Driver’s Ed creates a fun and engaging learning environment that motivates children to complete the course and earn a Bicycle Driver’s License. The course includes a teacher’s Online Training Guide that meets state education standards for classroom use.
