Custom Courseware

TraCorp has produced custom courseware for most major industries. Each course is truly unique with some customers preferring a photo realistic look and others preferring lots of animation and characters. We maintain a full time design, illustration and animation staff so that we can meet your needs no matter what style you desire.

Pedestrian Safety is the second course in a series designed and accredited for Arizona school children. Kids interact with a game environment to make safe route decisions between home, school, the mall and other locations. As with popular video games, a wrong decision means you get run over. The course is available in both English and Spanish and as a self-running version for outlets such as doctors' offices.

The Rate Management course teaches Choice Hotels' operators the proper method to set the Best Available Rate (for their inventory of rooms). Video role plays along with interactive content model both desired and undesired behaviors. Upon completion, operators are assessed to determine mastery.

The Career Development course is used by Avnet personnel to determine where they are in their career, set future goals and implement a career path plan. The course includes a simulated version of the Career Development Process allowing employees to practice before creating their personal goals.

TraCorp works everyday localizing courseware into multiple languages for delivery to the Pacific Rim, South America and Europe. All on screen text, job aids and audio were localized ensuring that same rich media experience for all target audiences. In addition, closed captions were added to the video vignettes.

Operational Reporting teaches Air Force reporting procedures for events, incidents and emergencies. Personnel are tested on their ability to select and use the correct report for the task including reports to the chain of command, joint services and civil authorities.

TraCorp is working with the professionals at Inova Health Systems to provide skill assessments and ultimately healthcare careers to our wounded veterans. The Military to Medicine Program uses the TraCorp LMS and its media production services to create and deliver the content online.

TraCorp worked with The Corporate Educator to place the course in a SCORM compliant courseware shell ensuring that long term maintenance would be a breeze. As part of the development effort, TraCorp reworked many parts of the course to give it a polished look and professional delivery to the target audience.

The Breath Alcohol Technician Training course is another example of TraCorp converting a PowerPoint-based classroom course to online learning with delivery through the TraCorp LMS. The courseware was created in Articulate with source files given to the Lifeloc for long term maintenance. Teaming with TraCorp resulted in a professionally developed course that is easily updated by the customer.

The EWR course covers the individual steps in the work order process and the links to the Site Work Management System. Plant personnel will use the course as a real time online reference tool to understand the EWR process flow including reviews, approval, evaluations and closure.

TraCorp developed this informational presentation for a senior Choice Hotels executive. The presentation was given at their 2010 national convention at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The presentation has led to the development of an online course that will be delivered to an audience of 7,000 hotels later in the year.

This was a simple conversion of slide-based classroom training into online SCORM compliant training. The job included the addition of rich media, Spanish localization and a final assessment. Delivery is through the Roskamp Sun Health E/Service portal powered by the TraCorp LMS.

Avnet secured the rights to the Lominger Limited, Inc. Competency Card Sort tool and hired TraCorp to create a simulated online version. Previously, personnel had limited access since it required the possession of a physical set of cards. The simulated version allowed Avnet to roll out this powerful competency tool to their global organization without worrying about lost cards, missing instructions or outdated versions.

uSPEQ is a scientifically superior process for determining what stakeholders believe about a healthcare organization. The uSPEQ video is an online informational presentation about the process. The video is targeted at the senior leadership within the US hospital system.

Richdale hired TraCorp to convert their digital manual to an online course delivered across the Internet. The course launches on Richdale U, powered by TraCorp's LMS. It provides new employee orientation in real time and documents that new hires have read and understand company policies and government regulations.

In 2010, several companies leveraged TraCorp's development and programming skills to create highly interactive online games and applications. The programs are generally used for business processes, marketing and promotional purposes. The same high fidelity interactions and programming can be found in all of TraCorp's custom online training courses.
